Thank you for choosing to book with Studio9 Hair Artistry. It is imperative that you read and abide by all of the salon polices. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment. The deposit will be deducted from your service.

A Non-Refundable and Non-Transferable 25% deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The deposit is a booking fee that goes towards your service total. Once you book your services online and pay the booking fee, it's non-refundable. You are responsible for canceling your own appointment. This obligation is your sole responsibility. If you cancel your appointment your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours you will be considered as an No Call, No Show. You will be subject to a penalty charge of the full service plus any credit card processing fees charged to the credit card on file.
Please be courteous of others time and leave early enough to arrive at your appointment on time taking into consideration traffic, accidents, parking, etc. There is a 15 minute grace period and it is not void due to any issue. If you are not physically present inside the salon within your 15 minute grace period of your appointment time, $30 will be added to your total. Due to tight scheduling, anything past 20 minutes will be considered a No Call, No Show appointment which will be subject to a penalty charge of the full service price.
You may pay your balance via cash, CashApp, Zelle, ApplePay or Credit/Debit Card. Please be advised that a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit/debit card transactions.
CREATING AN ACCOUNT:
Make sure you create an account (by clicking on the "Log in" button above) so you can cancel & view your appointments at your convenience. A confirmation email will be sent immediately after you book your appointment that will tell you the time, date, and location of your appointment. In the confirmation email you will be able to click on a button where you can cancel your appointment. Please remember that you are responsible for canceling your own appointment and this obligation is your sole responsibility.
All guest must wear a mask at this time! No exceptions! Failure to do so will result in a cancelled appointment. Ensure that your style of mask does not prohibit me from servicing you. The straps must go behind your ears, not your head.
No additional guest are allowed.
No food is allowed.
Purses and bags are not allowed in the salon at this time.

All sales are final. There are no refunds for any services. Keep in mind that my schedule can be thrown off by clients for various reasons so please DO NOT book your appointment on a day when you know you have a time sensitive day. For questions & concerns you can email firstname.lastname@example.org before booking. Please be mindful of working hours if you do not receive a response right away. Pictures & videos may be taken for social media purposes only, so please be picture ready! If you do not want to be photographed, please let me know upon arrival. No children are allowed in the salon, unless they are being serviced.
